I've spent over 3 decades in senior executive HR roles in renowned, global MNCs (P&G, Pfizer & Heineken).I worked my way up as a young Management Trainee to Asia Pacific Chief HR Officer.My career took me to 5 countries. At the same time, I raised my children together with my husband, while we both worked full time as senior executives.These are my career & personal experiences that set me apart from other coaches. I understand how business, corporate politics and executive leadership work. I also know what it means to juggle personal and family responsibilities at the same time.It's my passion to help other senior leaders like you succeed at work while balancing their other roles in life.Why?
